Shipping and Handling Times

Shipping Times - Australia

  • Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days (97% of cases) after a processing time of 1-3 business days.
  • Extended Shipping: 10-15 business days (3% of cases) after a processing time of 1-3 business days.

Average Shipping Time: Over the last 30 days, shipping within Australia has averaged between 7-9 business days.
Please note: Shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays due to public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events. While we aim for timely delivery, some factors are beyond our control.


Personalized Products

For personalized items, the delivery process takes a bit longer. Here’s what to expect:

  • Processing Time: Production times may vary depending on the complexity of the customization. We’re committed to creating your unique item as quickly as possible while maintaining quality.
  • Delivery Time: For personalized items, expect a total delivery time of 3-6 weeks (including processing).


Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. We use Australia Post or Sendle for shipping, depending on your location. Please note that tracking information may take a few days to update in the shipping carrier’s system, so rest assured your order is on its way even if the tracking details aren’t immediately available.


Processing Time

All orders go through a processing stage before they are shipped. This includes:

  • Order verification
  • Payment processing
  • Inspection and quality control
  • Packaging

99% of orders leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days after payment. Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.


Multiple Items in One Order

If you’ve ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately as they could be sourced from different warehouses. Don’t worry if part of your order arrives before the rest—this is perfectly normal.


Unexpected Delays

Although we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be delays due to:

  • Holidays
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs inspections (if applicable)

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times if these external factors arise.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your delivery details when placing an order. If you need to correct your address after ordering, contact us immediately. Once your order has shipped, we can no longer make changes, and any returned items due to an incorrect address will incur additional shipping fees.


Mail Theft & Lost Parcels

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once the tracking shows the package has been delivered. We recommend using a secure mailbox or parcel collection point to avoid these issues. If your package is lost during transit, please contact your local post office with your tracking information.


Delayed Orders

If you haven’t received your order within 30 business days, feel free to contact us for assistance. We will investigate the delay and offer a solution, whether it be a reshipment or refund. We appreciate your patience and encourage you to reach out before leaving negative feedback or opening a dispute.


Returns

Currently, all returns must be sent to our warehouse in Canberra. If you need to return a product, please contact our support team at to initiate the process.
